The purpose of this study is to analyze conflict management mechanisms in the processes of business communication and HR networking within the framework of HR engineering of a modern enterprise. The research is aimed at studying ways to effectively resolve conflict situations, optimize communication processes, and build productive professional relationships that contribute to the development of the organization. The relevance of the study is determined by the modern challenges faced by enterprises in the field of personnel management. In connection with globalization, technological changes and increased requirements for the adaptability of business structures, effective conflict management in the context of HR networking becomes an important factor for ensuring the stability and development of the organization. Since conflicts can have a negative impact on productivity and corporate culture, the study of their management methods in business communication is necessary for the formation of effective personnel management strategies and the preservation of a healthy work environment. To achieve the goals, the following methods were used: theoretical generalization — to study the theoretical aspects of conflict management in the organization, analysis and synthesis — to determine and study the factors that influence the process of conflict management in the enterprise, questionnaire — to form a conflictological profile of the company's management.
Despite the development of theoretical approaches in this area, in practice there is still a significant level of conflict situations that negatively affect the overall effectiveness of the organization, the moral climate in the team and the achievement of the company's strategic goals.The results of the research are that an improved conflict management system will make it possible to ensure more efficient work of personnel at the enterprise, reduce the number of conflicts and improve the quality of service provision.
