New forms of employment and digitalization of HR processes are transforming approaches to business process management at all levels. The relevance of the topic stems from the increasing complexity of organizational coordination, the growing need for effective use of human potential, and the need to integrate digital tools into strategic HR management. The spread of generative technologies and HR information systems is changing the professional value of employees, requiring a review of approaches to assessment, motivation, and competency development. The purpose of the study is to develop a systemic model of performance management for cross-functional teams that integrates organizational context, skill structure, process transparency, and mechanisms for coordinating goals within the framework of a modern HR strategy. The methodological basis is the systemic and structural-functional approaches, the analysis of international analytical reports on labor market transformation, the generalization of HR process digitalization practices, and the conceptual modeling of a multi-level performance management architecture. As a result, a model was developed that integrates organizational conditions of activity, personnel competence, digital analytics, assessment and incentive mechanisms, and an integral indicator of performance and involvement. It is shown that the effectiveness of cross-functional teams depends on the consistency of strategic goals, transparency of performance indicators and flexible management of skills. Conclusions. It is proven that personnel management information systems serve as a coordination infrastructure, ensuring workload optimization, risk management, and sustainable increased productivity. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed model to build a system of performance indicators, improve assessment procedures, form a personnel reserve and implement digital solutions in the field of human resource management.
