Abstract. Design thinking in HR processes of an enterprise is a technology that allows you to structure roles in working groups, organize work with human resources more effectively, increase employee engagement, understand employee needs and create an integrated workplace that inspires new experiences. The purpose of the article is to explore the conceptual features of design thinking in HR processes of agricultural enterprises and offer design thinking tools and mechanisms for solving problems in the HR field. Research methods include general scientific methods of abstraction, analysis and synthesis. In order to achieve research objectives, the dialectical method of scientific cognition was applied in the work. The abstract-logical method of theoretical and factual generalizations was used to formulate conclusions and proposals. The information base of the study was the scientific works of Ukrainian scientists on the topic under consideration, the results of the authors' own research, etc. Research results. Design thinking tools have been developed during the recruitment and adaptation process of personnel of agricultural enterprises, which help to ensure and organize the effective use of human resources, which is important for the overall success of the enterprise. A mechanism for using design thinking in the structure of personnel management and a mechanism for the practical application of HR in agricultural enterprises have been proposed. Design thinking tools specific to HR processes have been presented, which will allow structuring roles in working groups, organizing work with human resources more effectively, increasing employee involvement, understanding their needs, and creating an integrated workplace that inspires new experiences. Conclusions. Design thinking in HR is a human-centered approach aimed at solving employee problems by understanding their needs, thereby increasing their loyalty, improving the candidate experience, and optimizing HR processes, which allows transforming HR strategy from administrative to innovative, creating flexible and effective HR management tools.Downloads
