The integration of accounting, taxation, and marketing serves as a powerful tool for managerial activities. The development and implementation of a unified information-strategic platform create fundamentally new opportunities for the effective management of industrial enterprises.
The purpose of the article is to improve the toolkit for integrating accounting, taxation, and marketing to enhance the efficiency of managerial decisions in industrial enterprises.
The study employs the following methods: analysis to identify key indicators of the information-strategic platform; synthesis to consolidate the results of analyzing various components of the platform, enabling the formation of a comprehensive view of the integrated system's functioning; induction to generate general conclusions from the research; deduction to test the applicability of key indicators under real industrial enterprise conditions; and tabular and graphical methods to visualize data.
The research findings indicate that the analytical module, which integrates data from different departments, automatically processes it, and provides managers with structured information in the form of reports and forecasts, is the central component of the unified information-strategic platform for integrating accounting, taxation, and marketing. The study emphasizes that traditional indicators acquire new functionality through integration with other data. The key performance indicators integrated into the platform's functionality have been refined, demonstrating their ability to synchronize operational tasks with overarching financial and market objectives. The conclusions highlight that the practical significance of the information-strategic platform lies in ensuring the harmonization of information flows and processes across accounting, taxation, and marketing. This integration prevents data fragmentation among departments and facilitates the formation of a cohesive informational environment.
