Abstract

The article explores the current challenges of cross-cultural management in the context of globalisation, digitalisation and transformation of cultural values. The main focus is on analysing the impact of digital technologies on intercultural communication, adapting management models to changes in cultural dimensions, evaluating the effectiveness of educational programmes for the development of cross-cultural competence, and formulating practical recommendations based on professional needs. The study is based on a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach that integrates several methodological aspects. A theoretical analysis of the scientific literature was carried out, which provided a systematisation of modern concepts of cross-cultural management and communication. Comparative analysis was used to identify cultural differences that affect the formation and adaptation of management models. Empirical methods included research on the effectiveness of educational programmes and learning models.

Digital technologies facilitate intercultural communication by providing access to global information and increasing interactivity. At the same time, they pose challenges due to language barriers and differences in non-verbal communication. For international companies, it is critical to adapt management models to changing cultural dimensions, such as individualism and power distance. An analysis of educational programmes has shown that the most effective ones integrate theoretical frameworks, training and elements of online learning. Practical recommendations include personalisation of curricula, active use of digital tools, and flexible learning formats to improve the effectiveness of intercultural interaction.

The study's results provide grounds for further analysis of the integration of digital tools in intercultural communication, the long-term impact of educational initiatives, and the possibilities of using innovative methods, including artificial intelligence, to study cultural differences.
