Abstract

Abstract. The article examines the problem of assessing the effectiveness of integrated management of innovation and investment activities of enterprises in Ukraine in the context of economic transformation and increasing uncertainty of the business environment. Under modern conditions, the development of enterprises largely depends on their ability to effectively combine innovation processes with investment resources and ensure coordinated management of these processes. Therefore, the development of methodological tools for assessing the effectiveness of integrated management of innovation and investment activities becomes particularly relevant. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of integrated management of innovation and investment activities of enterprises in Ukraine. The research is based on the application of a system approach, methods of economic analysis, and methods of integral assessment of socio-economic processes. The proposed methodological approach involves the formation of a system of interconnected indicators that reflect the economic, investment, and innovation aspects of enterprise development. These indicators are normalized and aggregated into group subindices characterizing the economic, investment, and innovation components of enterprise development. At the final stage, an integral index is calculated to assess the overall effectiveness of integrated management of innovation and investment activities. Such an approach makes it possible to ensure the comparability of heterogeneous indicators and to obtain a comprehensive assessment of enterprise development processes. The results of the study include the development of an integral index that allows for a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between economic performance, investment activity, and innovation processes. The obtained results indicate that the effectiveness of innovation and investment activities of enterprises in Ukraine is characterized by uneven dynamics, reflecting the influence of economic instability and structural transformations in the national economy. At the same time, the use of an integrated approach to managing innovation and investment processes creates additional opportunities for improving enterprise competitiveness and strengthening their innovation potential. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed methodological approach for monitoring the level of innovation and investment development of enterprises, identifying trends in the development of innovation processes, and substantiating managerial decisions aimed at improving the efficiency of enterprise activities. The implementation of the proposed approach can contribute to increasing the adaptability of enterprises to changes in the external environment and enhancing the effectiveness of strategic management decisions.
