The increasing dynamism of the external environment forces organizations to develop mechanisms for rapid response to transformational changes driven by technological innovations, globalization, economic crises, and other factors of instability. The purpose of the article is to conduct a systematic analysis of approaches to adaptive management of organizational behavior in conditions of change and uncertainty, identify key factors in the formation of flexible behavioral models of personnel, and develop recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of management decisions in modern organizations. The research used methods of system analysis, generalization, comparative analysis and logical modeling, which allowed a careful consideration of the features of the formation of flexible approaches to the management of behavioral processes in modern organizations. It was established that adaptive management mechanisms enhance enterprise stability in an unstable environment. Results. Key factors influencing changes in personnel's behavioral models were identified, in particular, the transformation of organizational culture, communication processes, leadership styles, and motivational tools. As a result of the study, it was found that the effectiveness of modern organizations largely depends on the management system's ability to quickly adapt to new operating conditions and ensure the consistency of employees' actions in achieving strategic goals. It is substantiated that the use of adaptive management approaches contributes to increased interaction between management and personnel, the formation of a favorable psychological climate, and greater effectiveness of collective activity. It is proven that introducing flexible management tools, such as collective decision-making, scenario planning, motivational programs, and digital platforms for process management, increases organizations' resilience to external challenges, reduces team conflict, and ensures more effective implementation of management decisions. Conclusions. Formation of an adaptive system for managing behavioral processes is an important prerequisite for increasing the effectiveness of organizations in an unstable environment. Proposed are directions for improving management practices to develop organizational flexibility, enhance communication mechanisms, and increase staff involvement in management decision-making. The results obtained can be used in further scientific research and in the practice of managing modern organizations in conditions of dynamic socio-economic changes.
