The modern agricultural sector faces numerous challenges, including the need to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions, increasing competition, and demands for cost reduction. In this context, the implementation of logistics platforms has become a crucial tool for improving the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of this study is to identify the key aspects of how logistics platforms impact the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. Special attention is paid to innovative approaches in managing logistics processes, particularly the digitalization of supply chains and cost optimization.
To achieve the stated goal, methods such as system analysis, comparison, modeling, and expert evaluations were applied. These methods helped identify the most effective practices for utilizing logistics platforms in agriculture. The research revealed that the integration of such platforms facilitates process automation, reduces the risks of product loss, and ensures stable access to both domestic and international markets. Additionally, automating supply processes enables shorter delivery times, reduced operational costs, and improved quality of logistics services.
The findings demonstrate that logistics platforms significantly enhance resource efficiency and strengthen the competitive positions of enterprises in the market. Enterprises actively implementing digital tools gain advantages, including increased customer trust, improved logistics process planning, and reduced transportation costs. At the same time, the study emphasizes the importance of investing in advanced technologies and enhancing staff qualifications to successfully utilize such platforms.
In conclusion, the study highlights that the implementation of logistics platforms is a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. Modern technologies enable the creation of sustainable competitive advantages, facilitating the integration of agricultural businesses into global supply chains. While initial implementation costs may be high, long-term benefits—including increased productivity and reduced risks—far outweigh these investments.
