Abstract. The intensification of transformational processes in the hospitality industry and the increase in economic instability suggest that the search for new models for managing operational efficiency is becoming a key factor in the survival of enterprises. These processes are of particular importance in the activities of specialized bars at hotels, which play a vital role in shaping a unique customer experience and ensuring the financial stability of the establishment. For hotel enterprises, the issue of integrating specialized bars as autonomous profit centers into the overall revenue management strategy is of strategic importance. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate conceptual approaches and develop a complex model for evaluating the effectiveness of specialized bars as strategic assets of a hotel enterprise, capable of generating income through both internal service and the attraction of external consumers. Methods. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific and special research methods, including a systemic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, mathematical modeling, generalization of scientific approaches, comparative analysis, and logical modeling. Results. The study reveals the essence and functional role of specialized bars in the modern structure of the hospitality industry. A multi-factor classification of establishments is proposed based on assortment policy, access models, and the level of integration into the service system. The specialization coefficient is developed and scientifically substantiated, allowing for a quantitative determination of the uniqueness of a bar's concept. A system of subjective indices is formed and integrated into a two-level multiplicative model of the integral efficiency indicator. Conclusions. As a result of the research, it is established that the formation of an integral evaluation model is an important direction for the transformation of hotel enterprise management. The application of the proposed approach enables express diagnostics of the unit's state, identification of systemic problems in the service model, and ensures a balance between operational efficiency and service quality.Downloads
