The article is devoted to the development of a client-oriented web-design for presenting data on the participation of Ukrainian organizations in the European Union Framework Programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe” and the publication of this data, which will contribute to increasing the number of participants of Ukrainian entities in international framework programmes, as well as create the prerequisites for the automatic calculation of scientific activity indicators.
The article reflects the results of a quantitative analysis of Ukrainian participants in the European Union Framework Programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe”. The effectiveness of using such IT solutions for presenting data in the CORDIS database (European Union) and the MIPH-UA database (Ukraine) is analyzed.
The specifics of using online visualization tools for building a map of cooperation with the EU are described. The method of distributing the information provided for the web-page is determined and examples of graphically displaying the main areas of cooperation under the European Union Framework Programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe” on the map are given. The design of the database architecture for presenting data is improved. A client-oriented design has been developed for presenting data on the participation of Ukrainian organizations in the Horizon Europe Framework Program and their publication in the "Portal of Registers in the Field of Science of Ukraine" in the national NAUKA system.
