Abstract

Abstract. The article examines the theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of the functioning of marketing distribution systems for consumer goods under conditions of increasing environmental uncertainty. The relevance of the topic is driven by ongoing transformational processes in the economy caused by macroeconomic instability, geopolitical challenges, the consequences of martial law, and the accelerated digitalization of business processes. The impact of key destabilizing factors on the efficiency of distribution networks is analyzed, including disruptions in supply chains, fluctuations in consumer demand, rising transaction costs, and information asymmetry among market participants. The necessity of transitioning from traditional distribution models to flexible and adaptive marketing systems that integrate omnichannel strategies, digital platforms, and innovative logistics solutions is substantiated. Scientific approaches to the classification of distribution channels are systematized, taking into account their ability to adapt to conditions of risk and uncertainty. The role of integrated marketing communications in ensuring the resilience of distribution systems is also identified. Particular attention is paid to the impact of digital technologies on enhancing the transparency and efficiency of distribution processes. The instruments of government regulation of the consumer goods market are systematized, including regulatory, institutional, financial-economic, and information-analytical mechanisms. Their effectiveness is assessed in the context of ensuring a competitive environment, stabilizing demand, and supporting the functioning of supply chains. Key challenges of regulatory policy are identified, including fragmentation of the regulatory framework, limited incentive mechanisms, and insufficient coordination among public institutions. Based on the analysis of international experience and the generalization of contemporary practices, directions for improving government regulation of marketing distribution systems are proposed, aimed at enhancing the adaptability, flexibility, and resilience of the consumer goods market.
