Self-management as a priority factor of ensuring of the strategy management of enterprise in the conditions of the war challenges

Abstract

Abstract. The actuality of research is caused by the necessity of implementation the complex approaches of self-management, which will be facilitated forming of the adaptive strategies of sustainable development of the enterprise at the modern Ukrainian realities. The purpose of the article is justification the role of self-management as a priority factor of ensuring the effectiveness of the strategy management of enterprise in the conditions of the war challenges. The methodological basis of research set dialectic method, system approach, structure-logic analyses, the method of generalization. The results of research. It is revealed the priority meaning of the new skills and approaches of self-management at the forming of adaptive strategies of the sustainable innovative development of enterprise. It is determined the priority role of the flexible management skills (soft skills) at the providing adaptability the enterprises to the transformation challenges and capability to the sustainable innovative development. It is covered the priority meaning of self-management as the powerful instrumentation of providing adaptability inclusive corporative culture to the external challenges. It is proved that the emotional self-regulation and stress resilience the leader of the enterprise at the conditions of the war is ensuring the preservation of psychological integrity of the staff. It is revealed the priority role of self-management at the forming leadership of enterprise and staff skills to use the digital technologies for the update the adaptive strategies of enterprise. It is justified the strategy importance role of the emotional intellect as the basis of development human skills, at the providing psychological stability and flexibility the staff to the dynamic changes at the conditions of the war challenges and digital transformation. The special attention is devoted the priority factors of the internal motivation and proactive management, that is create the supportive environment for the effectiveness strategy management of enterprise. It is justified the necessity of the continuous improvement management competencies through trainings, coaching, mentoring, corporative education initiatives. It is determined, that at the conditions of the war turbulence exactly the emotional sustainable, critical thinking, adaptive self-regulation, proactive planning and strategic vision of leadership provider of enterprise the new possibilities for the sustainable development. It is proposed the integration practices of the self-management at the system of strategic management at the conditions of war challenges, which is providing forming new senses of the strategic priority of the innovative sustainable development of enterprises for the satisfaction need current and future generations of Ukrainians. Conclusions. Self-management, as complex strategy approach, is the driving force of the operating reaction on the dynamic changes of internal surroundings and forming the adaptive innovative strategies for the sustainable development of the enterprise. The applied meaning of proposed model of the integration practices of self-management at the system of strategy management consists of providing strategy flexibility, innovative activity, corporative social responsibility as strategy priorities of the sustainable development of enterprise at the conditions of high war turbulence and transformation changes. The perspectives of the next researches of this theme will be direct into the in-depth analysis of the role of self-management at the providing the effectiveness postwar strategy management of enterprises and developing the flexible model of self-management, which will facilitate postwar rebuilding and sustainable innovative growth economics of Ukraine.
