The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and applied foundations of anti-crisis management of financial activities and financial resources of agricultural enterprises using a project-based approach under conditions of an unstable economic environment. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing impact of crisis factors, including military risks, inflationary processes, financial market instability, and climate change, which negatively affect the performance of agricultural enterprises. Methods. The research is based on a systemic approach and includes methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization, as well as elements of economic and mathematical modeling. The study takes into account the specific features of financial activities in the agricultural sector, such as production seasonality, uneven cash flows, and a high level of risk exposure. Results. The study systematizes scientific approaches to anti-crisis management of financial activities and identifies the specific features of its implementation in agricultural enterprises. The feasibility of applying a project-based approach as an effective management tool in crisis conditions is substantiated. A model of anti-crisis management of financial activities and financial resources has been developed, which is based on the formation of a portfolio of anti-crisis projects. The key stages of implementation include financial diagnostics, assessment of financial resources, risk identification, development of anti-crisis measures, selection of financing sources, project planning and implementation, and performance control. The results confirm that the project-based approach improves management efficiency, optimizes the structure of financial resources, and reduces financial risks. Conclusions. Anti-crisis management of financial activities of agricultural enterprises based on a project-based approach is an effective tool for ensuring financial stability, improving operational performance, and enhancing adaptability to external instability. The proposed approach enables better coordination of resources and supports sustainable development under crisis conditions.Downloads
