Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the growing need of international companies to increase the innovative productivity of personnel as a key factor in ensuring their competitiveness, adaptability to dynamic changes in the external environment, and the ability to generate new products, services, and management solutions in the context of globalization, digital transformation, and increasing diversity of labor resources. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of inclusive corporate culture on the innovative productivity of personnel in international companies and to substantiate the mechanisms of this impact. The study used the following methods: analysis of the scientific literature to examine current scientific developments on the issue; generalization and systematization to present the study’s results. Results. It was established that an inclusive corporate culture acts as a systemic factor that creates favorable conditions for activating employees’ creative potential, increasing their involvement in innovation processes, and improving the quality of generated ideas. The relationship between key indicators of inclusivity, in particular diversity, psychological safety and inclusive human resource management practices and the level of staff innovation activity was examined, which allowed us to identify a stable positive correlation between these variables. It was noted that organizations with a well-developed inclusive culture demonstrate significantly higher rates of idea generation, more active staff participation in innovative projects, and greater effectiveness in team problem-solving than those where inclusivity is not sufficiently developed. The role of mediating factors, such as psychological safety, cognitive diversity and the quality of internal communications, in ensuring the transformation of inclusive values into measurable innovation outcomes was considered. Inclusive leadership and digitalization of HR processes have been shown to be important moderating factors that enhance the impact of inclusiveness on innovation performance in international teams. Conclusions. The study concludes that effective integration of inclusive practices into corporate culture contributes to the formation of a sustainable innovation environment, increases employee engagement, and ensures long-term organizational development in a dynamic global environment.
