In the modern conditions of the development of a post-industrial society, there is a steady increase in demand for tourist services that combine health improvement, cognitive activity, emotional recovery and quality service. In this regard, the formation of integrated models of tourism development based on the synergy of resort business, excursionology and the hotel and restaurant industry is becoming particularly relevant. The significance of such an approach is determined by its ability to ensure the diversification of the regional economy, increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations and strengthen the competitive position of the national tourist product in the conditions of innovative transformations. A comprehensive approach to the development of the tourism sector is based on a combination of three interrelated components. Resort business forms the health and recreational basis of the tourist product and creates conditions for the restoration of the physical and psycho-emotional state of a person. Excursionology provides a meaningful, cultural and cognitive content of the tourist experience, contributes to the deepening of impressions and the disclosure of the local authenticity of the territory. The hotel and restaurant industry, in turn, performs the function of service provision, creating comfortable conditions for staying, organizing meals and providing comprehensive services to tourists. It is the coordinated interaction of these components that allows for the formation of a holistic, competitive and customer-oriented tourist product. The study focuses on the need to use a comprehensive methodology that ensures a harmonious combination of health and recreation resources, excursion and educational programs and modern hotel and restaurant services. The implementation of such an approach contributes to increasing the efficiency of the tourism sector, stimulates the innovative development of destinations, strengthens their socio-economic performance and creates the prerequisites for the sustainable development of tourism. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for the formation and management of an integrated tourist product based on the synergy of resort business, excursionology and the hotel and restaurant industry in order to ensure the innovative development of tourism and increase the competitiveness of regions. To objectively assess the effectiveness of implementing an integrated approach, it is advisable to use a set of scientific methods. The statistical method is used for quantitative analysis of the effectiveness of integrating the components of a tourist product. Monitoring makes it possible to identify problematic aspects in the interaction between resort, excursion and service subsystems with the aim of their further improvement. Problem-target analysis is aimed at identifying unresolved aspects of the research issue, in particular, insufficient development of integrated management models, limited consideration of the synergistic effect between individual elements of the tourist infrastructure and the lack of comprehensive marketing research. The formalization method is used when systematizing the research results, structuring them in analytical tables and building comparative characteristics.Downloads
