Innovative approaches to managing the resilience of transport and road complex enterprises under uncertainty and risk

Abstract

The article examines innovative approaches to managing the resilience of transport and road complex (TRC) enterprises under conditions of increasing environmental uncertainty and risks associated with martial law. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations for forming an integrated resilience management system for TRC enterprises using digital and intelligent technologies. Methods. The study employed a systems approach and an integrated assessment of resilience. The analysis of current scientific publications allowed for the identification of key strategic vectors for the development of TRC enterprises: economic, technical, social, and environmental. Particular attention is paid to the integration of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, Big Data, and the Internet of Things into management processes to enhance the adaptability and flexibility of enterprises. Results. The study results confirm that the implementation of intelligent resilience management systems provides a comprehensive approach to enterprise management, improves the efficiency of managerial decision-making, and promotes sustainable development while maintaining competitiveness in a dynamic external environment. Conclusions. As a result of the conducted research, it was established that innovative approaches to managing the resilience of transport and road complex enterprises are a key factor in ensuring their effective functioning in an unstable environment. It is proved that the introduction of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, Big Data, IoT, and digital twins, contributes to increasing the adaptability, flexibility, and competitiveness of enterprises. The expediency of using intelligent management systems that allow for forecasting, risk assessment, and the formation of effective development strategies is substantiated. It is established that the combination of innovative technologies with modern management methods creates the prerequisites for ensuring the sustainable development of TRC enterprises.
