Project management of the development of transport infrastructure of the agricultural complex

Abstract

The development of the transport infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex can satisfy the country's economic needs in freight transportation, ensure reliable domestic and international freight flows, and develop transport routes proportionally, taking into account the country's desire to implement an innovative model of economic development, the needs of individual territories in transport accessibility and the smooth functioning of the country's economic system. The purpose of the article is to study the features of project management of the development of the transport infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex in the context of global economic transformation. Research methods include general scientific methods of abstraction, analysis and synthesis. In order to achieve research objectives, the dialectical method of scientific knowledge was applied in the work. The abstract-logical method of theoretical and factual generalizations was used to formulate conclusions and proposals. The information base of the study was the scientific works of Ukrainian scientists on the topic under consideration, the results of the authors' own research, etc. The results of the study revealed that project management of the development of transport infrastructure of the agricultural complex is a method of organizing and implementing activities to create, modernize and digitize roads, logistics centers and transport hubs to meet the needs of the agro-industrial complex. Key elements of management, stages and classification of projects for the development of transport infrastructure of the agricultural complex have been developed and substantiated, supplemented by the criterion of "target purpose" and determined by the levels of implementation of transport infrastructure development projects. Methods for parametric assessment of investment projects for the development of transport infrastructure of the agricultural complex have been proposed. Conclusions. Improving the methods of project management of the development of transport infrastructure of the agricultural complex by implementing a systematic approach helps in developing plans for the implementation of transport infrastructure development projects, calculating operating costs, planning costs and taking into account project risks, as well as monitoring and tracking actual project management.
