The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical principles of the synergy of operational and administrative management in increasing the effectiveness of the enterprise. The object of the study is the process of managing the activities of the enterprise in terms of the interaction of operational and administrative management. The paper reveals the essence of the synergy of operational and administrative management as an important prerequisite for increasing the effectiveness of the enterprise. It is substantiated that in modern conditions an enterprise cannot ensure stable growth only through individual management decisions or isolated optimization of production, service, logistics or organizational processes. It is proven that operational management ensures the practical implementation of tasks, rational use of resources, quality control, labor productivity and continuity of current activities. Administrative management, along with this, forms the organizational structure, determines the powers, ensures the coordination of departments, management discipline, the procedure for making decisions and control over their implementation. It has been established that the greatest management effect occurs precisely under the condition of their interaction, when administrative decisions are based on the real state of operational processes, and operational activities are carried out in accordance with clearly defined goals, rules and a system of responsibility. It has been revealed that such synergy contributes to reducing costs, improving the quality of products or services, strengthening internal consistency, reducing duplication of functions, improving communication between departments and forming a more flexible management model. From our point of view, the significance of the topic under study is that it allows us to consider the enterprise not as a set of separate management areas, but as a single system in which performance depends on the ability to combine planning, organization, execution, control and adjustment.Downloads
