Abstract

The article examines the role of self-management in the context of digitalization and its impact on business efficiency, emphasizing the need to develop employees' competencies for the strategic adaptability of organizations. Objective to identify the essence of self-management, investigate its components, and determine innovative strategies for enhancing enterprise productivity in a digital environment. Research methods analysis of scientific sources, systematization of theoretical concepts, comparative analysis of practical cases, generalization of statistical data and digital tools, as well as analytical methods for evaluating the relationship between the development of self-management skills and the effectiveness of business processes. Results it was established that a high level of self-management skills directly correlates with the effective use of digital platforms, the speed of mastering new technologies, and the ability to implement innovative strategies. The main components are time management, self-control, development of digital competencies, adaptability, and emotional state management. Data analysis showed that time management and adaptability have the greatest impact on business efficiency, while the development of digital competencies and emotional intelligence supports stable productivity. Conclusions self-management is a key competency of a modern employee and an important factor in strategically enhancing enterprise efficiency. The integration of digital platforms, personalized learning, and the formation of a corporate self-management culture contribute to resource optimization, increased productivity, and employee adaptability. Further research should evaluate specific self-management tools and their impact on companies' competitiveness.
