Adaptive models of management of transport enterprises in the context of European integration processes

Abstract

The relevance of the study stems from the growing need of transport enterprises to ensure flexibility, competitiveness and compliance with European standards in the context of dynamic integration processes. The purpose of the article is to analyze theoretical and methodological approaches and to develop practical recommendations for the formation of adaptive management models for transport enterprises. The work used the following methods: analysis of the scientific literature to examine the current state of scientific developments on the topic; generalization and systematization to present the research results. Results. The study analyzes current institutional and economic conditions affecting the functioning of transport enterprises and identifies key factors that justify transitioning to adaptive management systems. The evolution of management approaches in the transport sector and the impact of European integration requirements on organizational transformations are considered, leading to increased demands for efficiency, safety, environmental responsibility and the digitalization of enterprise activities. The main problems faced by Ukrainian transport enterprises are analyzed, in particular, inconsistencies in the regulatory framework, limited resources, technological imbalances and insufficient management flexibility, which hinder effective adaptation to European market conditions. The need to implement structurally flexible, functionally integrated management models capable of providing prompt responses to external changes and internal imbalances was established. The importance of using modern management tools, in particular strategic planning, risk management, digital technologies and performance monitoring systems, which together form the basis for adaptability and sustainable development, was substantiated. Conclusions.It has been established that the implementation of adaptive management models contributes to improving the quality of decision-making, optimizing resource use and strengthening the sustainability of national transport enterprises. It is noted that the successful integration of companies into the European economic space depends on their ability to implement adaptive, innovation-oriented management systems that ensure long-term stability and competitiveness.
