The article investigates the main vectors of the transition of dairy farming to organic technologies. An analysis of average prices for conventional and organic dairy products in 2024 is conducted. By comparing key quality indicators of conventional and organic raw milk, significant differences are identified, fully justifying the existing pricing policies in the market. The study highlights crucial aspects of improving the efficiency of organic dairy production through the implementation of modern technologies. Particular attention is given to the automation of production processes, the use of innovative milk processing methods—specifically ultrafiltration—which help preserve the biological value of the products, as well as the application of eco-friendly packaging materials.
The importance of sustained consumer demand for organic products is emphasized as a key factor in the successful operation of enterprises in the sector. The growing awareness of healthy nutrition, increasing income levels, and the popularization of environmentally conscious lifestyles are stimulating the development of the organic dairy market both in Ukraine and internationally.
The article substantiates that a comprehensive approach—combining environmentally responsible raw material production, adherence to high quality standards, technological innovation, effective marketing, and adaptability to market fluctuations—is fundamental for ensuring the sustainable development and competitiveness of organic dairy production.
The research findings confirm that the effectiveness of organic dairy production is determined by the application of an integrated strategy encompassing ecologically safe raw material cultivation, strict quality compliance, the implementation of advanced technologies, as well as the execution of efficient marketing strategies and support for consumer demand. The analysis shows that accounting for both ecological and economic factors, alongside a flexible response to market dynamics, contributes to the long-term sustainability and improved competitiveness of the organic dairy sector.
