The purpose of the study is to determine the features of startup management as a component of the enterprise management system. Attention is focused on the fact that modern trends in the development of economic systems in conditions of dynamic changes and increased competition of enterprises dictate new rules of the game for business entities, the search for new sources of growth and the introduction of non-traditional methods and innovative technologies in the process of their own activities. Research methods. To achieve the set goal, a set of general scientific and specialized research methods was used: theoretical analysis of scientific sources to study the conceptual foundations of startup management; a systemic approach to consider a startup as an element of the strategic development of an enterprise. Results. The formation of a flexible business model is becoming relevant, which involves the integration of startups into the activities of enterprises as a source of innovation and transformation of production processes. It is emphasized that for the successful implementation of startups in business processes, an effective management system is necessary, which is able to combine the strategic goals of the company with the specific features of the startup environment. The role of startups in ensuring strategic development and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises is determined. Approaches to integrating startups into the corporate structure are substantiated and key mechanisms for their effective management in the conditions of the modern economy are outlined. The author's vision of the essential understanding of the concept of "startup" is presented, in particular, a startup is an innovative and organizational form of entrepreneurial activity focused on the implementation of a profitable business idea and achieving rapid growth rates, while being characterized by a high level of uncertainty, unpredictability and limited resource capabilities. It is noted that startup management has specific features compared to traditional management, since it is based on the principles of flexibility, adaptability and quick decision-making. Conclusion. It is determined that startups act as a driver of strategic development of enterprises, ensuring diversification of activities, increasing innovative potential, adaptation to changes in the external environment.Downloads
