Abstract

The modern business environment is currently characterized by a high degree of complexity and integration through informatization and technological solutions, which contributes to the emergence of new risks and the intensification of existing ones. In this regard, it is important that the system of communication policy is flexible and adaptive and at the same time has the ability to constantly look for new solutions to build effective mechanisms of interaction and management that meet the challenges of today. The relevance of researching the communication policy of an enterprise is due to the growing role of effective interaction with target audiences in today's dynamic competitive environment. Improving the communication policy of an enterprise is an integral part of the management of a modern enterprise in achieving strategic goals. Successful communication contributes to the formation of a positive image, increase of customer loyalty and strengthening of the enterprise's position in the market. The purpose of the article is to study the main theoretical provisions of the enterprise communication policy. The results of the study show that an effective communication policy is based on the integration of traditional and digital communication channels, adaptation to the needs of the target audience and the use of modern technologies. It has been determined that a systematic approach to communication management ensures sustainable development of an enterprise and contributes to its competitiveness. Consequently, the theoretical foundations of the enterprise's communication policy create the basis for its practical implementation in order to achieve long-term results.
