The article examines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the digital transformation of project management processes in the context of rapid digitalization of the economy and increasing uncertainty in the business environment. It substantiates that the implementation of digital technologies has become a key prerequisite for improving the efficiency of project management, ensuring operational decision-making, increasing organizational flexibility, optimizing resource allocation, strengthening stakeholder interaction, and enhancing the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The study systematizes the modern digital tools used in project management, including cloud-based project management platforms, enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management systems, Business Intelligence technologies, Big Data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, digital twins, electronic document management systems, collaborative digital platforms, and digital risk management solutions. Particular attention is devoted to identifying the strategic prospects for the digital transformation of project management processes at domestic enterprises. Five key development perspectives are substantiated, namely: comprehensive digitalization of project management processes, intelligent data-driven decision-making, integration of digital platforms and collaborative environments, automation of project risk management and resilience enhancement, and the development of digital culture together with employees' digital competencies. For each perspective, the article identifies the main implementation objectives and the corresponding digital instruments required for successful realization. It is argued that effective digital transformation should not be limited to the introduction of separate software products but must represent a comprehensive organizational transformation integrating technological, managerial, informational, and human resource components. Such an integrated approach enables enterprises to improve project transparency, reduce administrative costs, accelerate information exchange, enhance communication among project participants, strengthen analytical capabilities, and increase adaptability to rapidly changing external conditions, including wartime and post-war economic challenges. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed system of digital transformation perspectives, implementation tasks, and digital instruments while developing corporate digital transformation strategies, modernizing project management systems, improving organizational resilience, and increasing the digital maturity of enterprises. The obtained results may serve as a methodological basis for further research on assessing digital maturity, evaluating the effectiveness of digital project management systems, and developing adaptive models of digital project management capable of supporting sustainable enterprise development in the conditions of digital economy transformation.Downloads
