The article explores the theoretical and methodological principles of the formation and implementation of the information potential of an enterprise as a key factor influencing the development of the cryptocurrency market in the digital economy. It is substantiated that modern transformation processes associated with digitalization lead to an increase in the role of information as a strategic resource that determines not only the internal efficiency of enterprises, but also their ability to influence external markets, in particular the highly dynamic cryptocurrency segment. The paper clarifies the economic essence of the concept of "information potential of an enterprise", which is proposed to be considered as an integrated system that combines information resources, digital technologies, analytical tools and personnel competencies aimed at generating, processing and using information for making management decisions and forming market signals. It is proven that, unlike traditional approaches, such potential has not only internal, but also external manifestations, influencing the parameters of the development of the cryptocurrency market. The main functional components of the impact of the information potential of an enterprise on the crypto market are identified, including information-analytical, innovative-technological, institutional and marketing. It is substantiated that their implementation contributes to reducing information asymmetry, increasing market transparency, building investor confidence and stimulating innovative activity. A methodological approach to assessing the information potential of an enterprise is proposed based on an integral indicator that takes into account key parameters of digital development, analytical capabilities and information resources. A model of the dependence of the development of the cryptocurrency market on the information potential of enterprises is developed, taking into account technological, marketing and regulatory factors. It is proven that enterprises with a high level of information potential development act as catalysts for the development of the crypto market, ensuring an increase in its liquidity, capitalization and stability. Special attention is paid to the analysis of risks associated with the uneven distribution of information potential between market participants, which can lead to the formation of new forms of information asymmetry and requires improvement of the regulatory environment. The results obtained have theoretical and practical significance for the formation of development strategies for enterprises in the digital economy, as well as for improving the mechanisms of the functioning of the cryptocurrency market.
