Improving the management mechanism of hospitality industry enterprises to ensure competitiveness in war conditions

Hospitality industry enterprises in recent years are in crisis, instability and uncertainty. The period of the Russian-Ukrainian war negatively affects the activities of economic entities in the hospitality industry, which affects their activities. It is determined that the formation of competitive advantages by enterprises of the hospitality industry and the effectiveness of the management mechanism is determined by important factors of the functioning of the service sector, taking into account the goals of obtaining maximum profit. The article allocates factors and principles of improvement of management mechanism by enterprises of hospitality industry to ensure competitiveness in modern conditions of management. It identifies the main important directions of improvement of competitive positions in the market of services due to competitive advantages of economic entities. During the study, an algorithm for evaluating the mechanism for managing the competitive advantages of service enterprises was developed, which is based on the analysis of the international service market at the macro level, the assessment of market conditions, the determination of external competitive advantages and the analysis of the functioning of the mechanism for managing the competitive advantages of enterprises. It has been determined that in the sphere of services a number of dynamic factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises change and depend on the political, economic and geopolitical situation. It is proved that the development of competitive advantages of enterprises of the hospitality industry contributes to improving economic efficiency and can be ensured by using appropriate indicators. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of maintaining competitiveness, first at the regional and in the future at the international levels, to ensure direct benefits for all participants in the medium term.
