The relevance of the study is stipulated by the need to increase staff productivity in the context of economic uncertainty, when traditional management methods do not allow organisations to effectively adapt to external challenges. Innovative management methods, such as agile management, digitalisation of processes, and adaptive leadership, can significantly increase the adaptive capacity of organisations and their employees. This creates the preconditions for maintaining stable performance and improving overall productivity in the face of external instability.
The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of innovative management methods on staff productivity in conditions of instability, as well as to develop scientifically based recommendations for their implementation. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of flexible management approaches, digital technologies implemented in management processes, and adaptive leadership, which allows to respond quickly to changes in the environment and maintain employee motivation.
The research methods include a comprehensive analysis of external and internal factors affecting employee motivation and productivity. The analysis was based on modern scientific approaches that allow assessing the impact of innovative methods on staff efficiency in an unstable environment. A comparative analysis was also conducted between traditional and innovative approaches to identify their advantages in the current environment.
The results of the study indicate that the introduction of innovative management approaches helps to increase employee productivity and reduce stress. In particular, flexible management and digitalisation of processes provide organisations with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the external environment, which has a positive impact on labour productivity. Adaptive leadership has been shown to have positive results in the ability of employees to respond quickly to changes and maintain a high level of engagement in work processes.
The study concludes that the introduction of innovative management methods is crucial for increasing staff productivity in times of economic instability. The combination of approaches such as agile management, adaptive leadership and digitalisation makes it possible to ensure the resilience of organisations to external challenges and improve the use of human resources. Prospects for further research are related to the analysis of the impact of new digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence and automation, on management processes and productivity in various sectors of the economy.
