Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of modern information technologies on the transformation of the customs sphere of Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of state administration. The authors researched the key aspects of the implementation of innovative technologies, in particular, the automation of customs procedures, the introduction of electronic customs and the implementation of the «single window» mechanism. The achievements of the customs reform aimed at increasing the transparency, efficiency and security of customs clearance procedures are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the concept of smart customs, which is based on the use of artificial intelligence, big data analysis and the Internet of Things to ensure monitoring and risk management in real time.

The study emphasizes that digitalization of the customs system of Ukraine is an important factor in harmonization with international standards and contributes to integration into the world economic system. Prospects for using modern technologies to minimize the administrative burden on business, optimize international trade and strengthen the country's investment climate are considered. The main areas of further research are identified, including the introduction of artificial intelligence, improvement of smart customs, integration of information systems with international platforms, ensuring cyber security and training of qualified personnel to work in digital management conditions.

The obtained results demonstrate that an innovative approach to the modernization of the customs system contributes to its adaptation to the modern challenges of global trade, increasing the efficiency of public administration and creating conditions for economic growth.
