Abstract

The analysis of scientific perspectives on the tools for achieving a competitive state by industrial enterprises highlights the specific features of forming corporate social responsibility under the influence of global transformational processes related to the implementation of the concept and goals of sustainable development.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of global transformation processes in the global business environment on the formation of corporate social responsibility in industrial enterprises by analyzing the advantages and risks of this influence, identifying the stages of corporate social responsibility development, and ensuring an adequate level of competitiveness for industrial enterprises.

The theoretical foundation of the research is based on the scientific works of both foreign and domestic scholars in the field of corporate social responsibility. The legal framework of the study comprises current legislative and regulatory acts governing the social and environmental components of industrial enterprises' activities, fundamental UN documents, and standards in the field of social responsibility. The informational base is formed from materials of periodicals, internet resources, and the results of the author’s own research.

The key scientific result of the study is the substantiation of changes in the formation of corporate social responsibility under the influence of transformational processes, focusing on the implementation of sustainable development goals and the development of organizational and economic foundations for their realization.

For the practical adaptation of the identified results to the conditions of Ukrainian industrial enterprises, a structural scheme of socially responsible initiatives for industrial enterprise activities was developed within the framework of the existing social partnership program at the enterprise.
