Abstract

Purpose. The article is devoted to the study of the current state of the integrated investment climate in Ukraine, the identification of key problems affecting its formation, as well as the determination of prospects and ways of its improvement to stimulate the country's economic development and integration into the international economic space.

Methods. To achieve the stated goal of the study, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis - to study the essence of the integrated investment climate, its components, as well as to identify the links between institutional, legal and economic factors that influence the formation of a favorable investment environment; comparative analysis - to compare the practices of forming the investment climate in Ukraine with the experience of other countries, in particular those that have successfully implemented investment stimulation mechanisms; statistical analysis - to process data on the volume of foreign direct investment; expert assessment method - to identify problems and prospects for the development of the investment climate in Ukraine based on the analysis of the conclusions of scientists and practitioners in the field of economics; prognostic method - to assess the prospects for the development of the integrated investment climate of Ukraine, in particular in the conditions of post-war recovery and integration into the European economic space; graphic method – for visualizing the results of the study in the form of graphs, charts and tables reflecting the dynamics of investment flows and their impact on the economy.

Results. The analysis shows that institutional reforms aimed at improving the investment climate are key to ensuring economic stability and development. The main barriers to attracting investment have been identified, including a high level of risks due to military actions, imperfect infrastructure and instability of legislation. Promising directions for the development of the investment climate have been identified, in particular the introduction of special economic zones, infrastructure development, cooperation with international financial organizations and ensuring investment risk insurance. The role of international support in stabilizing the economy of Ukraine has been substantiated. The attraction of international financial resources will allow the implementation of strategic projects in the fields of energy, transport and digitalization. The importance of investing in human capital as the basis for long-term economic growth and improving the country's competitiveness has been outlined. Thus, the results of the study confirm the importance of a comprehensive approach to the formation of an integrated investment climate in Ukraine, which is based on a combination of economic, institutional and legal measures.

Conclusion. The study allowed us to formulate substantiated proposals regarding the state of the integrated investment climate of Ukraine, which is defined as a set of problems and opportunities that arise in the conditions of the transformation period. To create a favorable environment, it is necessary to implement systemic reforms that cover institutional, legal and economic aspects. The prospects for improving the investment climate depend on the state's ability to ensure stability, transparency and predictability of business conditions. Only in this case will Ukraine be able to become an attractive platform for domestic and foreign investments, contributing to sustainable economic development.
