Abstract

The article examines the competitiveness management system of IT industry enterprises with an emphasis on the role of economic expertise in the formation of effective decisions. It is shown that the rapid pace of technological development and global integration dictate the need for flexible mechanisms for responding to market changes. Economic expertise serves as the foundation for strategic decision-making, as it provides quantitative and qualitative indicators that can be used to determine the most promising areas of innovation, optimal investment volumes, and relevant forms of cooperation with partners. Particular attention is paid to the issues of risk analysis and the formation of a stable competitive position in conditions of uncertainty caused by the rapid obsolescence of technologies and the presence of a significant number of business entities offering similar services. The work systematizes four key positions of economic expertise, namely: analysis of financial stability and investment attractiveness, formation of a development strategy taking into account market trends, assessment of innovation potential and effectiveness of new product implementation, and monitoring of competitive strategy in real time. Four parameters of economic expertise that directly affect the effectiveness of competitiveness management are also substantiated, including the depth of market analysis, the accuracy of financial forecasts, taking into account risks in the external environment and the assessment of intangible resources. The advantages of using economic expertise are highlighted, which include improving the quality of decision-making, increasing financial transparency, strengthening trust from stakeholders and ensuring flexibility and adaptability in changing market conditions. It is concluded that the integration of economic expertise into the processes of developing and implementing high-tech solutions contributes to the long-term strengthening of competitive advantages. It is proposed to take into account the specifics of the IT market and the intensity of its development for a correct assessment of risks, a clearer forecast of project profitability and maintaining a balance between innovation and economic rationality.
