The paper examines modern approaches to organizing work with personnel, which allow for the most effective use of human potential to achieve the company's strategic goals. In particular, various methods are considered, from those used previously to the latest ones. Unlike traditional personnel management methods, which focused primarily on financial rewards, innovative methods are oriented towards creating a comfortable work environment, developing employees' professional competencies, and supporting their motivation. Special attention is paid to the fact that management models need to be constantly improved and information about so-called innovations should be studied. The article shows how they enable increasing the competitiveness of an enterprise, organization, etc. Examples are given of how workers perform without the application of these methods. That is, they lack motivation, don't want to develop, and do their work carelessly. It's a completely different matter when they feel their significance and that they are valued and respected, and their opinion is taken into account. Accordingly, they are viewed not just as a workforce, but as valuable personnel. Overall, innovative personnel management models are based on principles of transparency, teamwork, equality, and mutual respect, which enhance employee loyalty and create a harmonious environment for self-realization. Thus, innovations contribute to achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise and increasing its competitiveness.
The article will be useful for enterprise managers, HR specialists, scientists, and anyone interested in modern trends in personnel management and increasing business competitiveness.
