Abstract

The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of change management in the context of implementing innovative approaches, in particular in the context of integrating advanced technologies, developing leadership competencies, and adapting organizational culture to dynamic transformations. Given the current global economic challenges and digitalization trends, the study aims to assess the effectiveness of existing approaches to change management in various sectors of the economy, as well as to identify potential areas for improving management processes in a highly turbulent business environment.

The research methods include system analysis, content analysis of scientific sources and comparative analysis of change management strategies in the context of technological innovation. The use of expert evaluation made it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of various management strategies aimed at adapting enterprises to rapid changes.

The results of the study confirm the need for a multidimensional approach to change management, which takes into account not only technological aspects, but also socio-cultural factors and features of human capital. It is established that the successful implementation of changes significantly depends on the adaptability of organizational culture, the flexibility of leadership strategies and the ability of management teams to effectively overcome resistance to change. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital technologies, which, on the one hand, are an important driver of organizational transformation, and on the other hand, require profound changes in traditional approaches to enterprise management. The analysis of practical adaptation mechanisms, including the use of innovative communication platforms, has demonstrated their importance for the successful reformatting of business processes in the context of the technological revolution.

The obtained results confirm the need to integrate innovative management approaches into the processes of strategic change management. The development of organizational culture in accordance with the requirements of digitalization, the formation of leadership competencies and the effective overcoming of resistance to change are the determining factors of successful transformation of enterprises. It is summarized that ensuring sustainable development of organizations in a changing environment is possible only with the integrated integration of technological and social components, which will help to reduce risks and maximize the effectiveness of management strategies.
