Abstract

The article conducts a comprehensive analysis of innovative approaches to the optimization of cold supply chains, which contributes to increasing the efficiency of storage and transportation of products that require temperature control. Modern digital technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, contribute to the optimization of processes, reduce costs and reduce the risks of product spoilage. The purpose of the study is to determine the potential for digitalization of logistics processes of cold supply chains in Ukraine and to assess the impact of innovative technologies on reducing operating costs and increasing environmental sustainability through the implementation of green logistics principles. The integration of these innovations into outdated infrastructure, garmonition of the regulatory framework, economic efficiency and adaptation to crisis conditions remain unresolved problems, which is especially important for the Ukrainian market. To achieve this goal, a set of methods was used, including the analysis of scientific literature, a comparative analysis of existing technological solutions, an empirical analysis of statistical data, as well as a study of the experience of the EU and Ukraine. The study also takes into account the analysis of the European Union's support programs and initiatives of the Ukrainian government aimed at modernizing the logistics infrastructure. The results of the study show that the integration of digital technologies into the cold supply chain system is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, reducing risks and optimizing the management of logistics processes.

The study highlights the importance of the interaction between innovative technologies and state support, which is manifested through the effective integration of national initiatives with EU programs. The results obtained allow us to form recommendations for the further implementation of adaptive management models for the integration of modern technologies, contributes to the growth of competitiveness of enterprises and stimulates economic growth in the context of strict regulatory requirements for maintaining product quality.
