Abstract

The modern business environment of publishing and printing enterprises is undergoing significant changes under the influence of the rapid development of technologies, in particular systems based on artificial intelligence. The article substantiates the importance of a comprehensive approach to personnel safety, which covers not only physical and technical aspects, but also organizational, social and psychological factors. It is noted that in the conditions of digitalization and automation, traditional methods of management and control over the performance of tasks should be revised in order to avoid negative consequences for the motivation and health of employees. It is determined that the opacity of artificial intelligence algorithms, as well as possible cyberattacks, create an additional burden on management and HR departments, requiring the development of transparent and flexible policies aimed at compliance with security standards and ethical principles. Special attention is paid to the formation of a corporate culture where the safety and well-being of personnel are a priority. In order to counteract professional burnout and ensure that employees' qualifications meet modern requirements, it is proposed to implement comprehensive training and adaptation programs that help effectively master new tools and methods of work. The article substantiates four main areas of ensuring personnel safety, including constant risk monitoring, technical infrastructure renewal, development of adaptation and training systems, and creation of a positive psychological climate. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the detailing of risks that arise as a result of the widespread introduction of artificial intelligence in the industry, and in the development of recommendations aimed at systematically overcoming them. The practical value of the results is seen in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches in real conditions of publishing and printing enterprises to increase management efficiency and create a safe working environment. Balanced integration of innovative technologies, taking into account the needs and potential threats to employees, can serve as a reliable basis for the successful development of the industry
