Abstract

Global tendencies of transformation of the educational environment necessitate optimization of the general process. Today, private gravity schools, which are an innovative approach to the basic education of young people, are gaining popularity. The study is devoted to the study of modern management approaches to increasing the competitiveness of the institutions of the specified type. The purpose of the article is to analyze the strategies for managing competitive advantages in a private educational institution. The study considers the essence of the concept of synergism in the formation of strategic goals of a private educational institution in the conditions of dynamism of the environment. It has been proven that a modern effective approach to ensuring competitive advantages should be focused on effective communication and strategic development. The specifics of gravity schools are analyzed and the main aspects that can serve as a basis for increasing competitiveness in a market environment are identified. The theoretical basis and factors of influencing the process of formation of strategic goals of management of competitive advantages are investigated. The methodology for evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the management system, the identification of risks and potentials is proposed. The issue of the rating is updated, as the rating and reputation of a private school are regarded as direct determinants of quality of education and opportunities for development. A universal model of the strategy for managing competitive advantages in a private educational institution has been developed, its effectiveness in the economic realities of today is predicted. The study proved that the promising development of the general education environment in the context of the European integration course is focused on the active development of the competitive environment of private education, which requires innovative approaches to management.
