Innovative methods for optimizing management processes in Ukraine's business environment

Abstract

Digital technologies are rapidly reshaping the demands of Ukraine’s business environment, forcing companies to adapt their strategies, management methods, and interactions with partners. Ukrainian companies must transform their development strategies, operational models, and engagement with

key economic stakeholders. This necessitates the use of innovative optimization methods based on digital technologies and Internet capabilities. Such solutions facilitate the creation of integrated business platforms where financial transactions occur, market data is analyzed, and business partners are identified. Amid global challenges caused by military conflict, the Ukrainian economy must adapt to new realities by implementing advanced management practices. The effectiveness and long-term development of entrepreneurial activity largely depend on the application of innovative tools for optimizing core processes. The purpose of this study is to analyze modern approaches to optimizing management processes in Ukrainian businesses, identify key challenges, and propose solutions to address them. Methods. A comprehensive approach was employed in this study, incorporating comparative analysis of scientific sources, synthesis, and information generalization. The findings indicate that integrating technologies such as Big Data, artificial intelligence (AI), and automated platforms enhances business process efficiency. Results. The article highlights the relevance of digital transformation for Ukrainian enterprises in the face of contemporary challenges, particularly the economic consequences of war. Digitalization opens new opportunities for businesses: Big Data enables companies to analyze consumer trends, while AI algorithms help predict demand and tailor personalized customer offerings. However, low digital literacy among employees, financial constraints, and technical challenges remain significant barriers to transformation. Comprehensive solutions have been proposed to overcome these challenges, including technological audits, infrastructure modernization, and employee training. It has been demonstrated that the successful integration of digital solutions is possible with proper technological assessments, infrastructure upgrades, and workforce skill development. Conclusions. The study concludes that implementing innovative optimization methods is a key factor in improving management efficiency. Future research may focus on developing adaptive models for implementing these methods in Ukrainian companies and analyzing their long-term impact on business competitiveness.
