Management challenges in today's conditions: transformation of foreign economic activities

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern challenges of organizational management in the context of increasing European integration and the justification of effective approaches to the adaptation of foreign economic activity. In particular, the importance of taking into account new norms, growing competition from European companies, cultural and communication differences and large-scale digitalization of business processes is revealed. The study identified key parameters for the adaptation of foreign economic activity, such as strategic integration with European markets, the introduction of flexible organizational structures, innovative development and close international cooperation with potential investors and partners. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that European integration opens up new growth prospects for domestic enterprises, while at the same time causing an increase in the complexity of the external environment. The success of activities in the international arena significantly depends on the ability of managers to implement modern approaches and management tools aimed at reducing risks and increasing competitiveness. The article outlines the main challenges facing domestic companies, in particular the need to ensure compliance with European standards in product quality, social responsibility and environmental safety. Special attention is paid to issues of financial and information security, risk management and optimization of personnel policies. Based on the analysis, recommendations have been formed that can be used by enterprise management to improve the management system and long-term planning. It is proposed to strengthen the focus on innovation and digitalization, thanks to which it is possible to respond more quickly to changes in the market situation and adapt to modern challenges. In addition, the importance of strategic partnership and active participation in European business development support programs is emphasized, as this creates additional opportunities for access to knowledge, technologies and financial resources. It is concluded that effective management in the context of European integration plays a decisive role in shaping the competitiveness of domestic organizations in the world market and can serve as the basis for strengthening Ukraine's positions in the global economy
