Psychological features of leadership in the management of educational organizations taking into account the requirements of the concept of human development

The article identifies the basic and most significant factors that influence the formation of effective leadership in the system of organizational management, in particular, emotional intelligence, self-reflection, motivational influence and flexibility in decision-making. It is proven that taking into account these factors contributes to the optimization of communication processes, increasing the internal motivation of educational workers and the formation of a positive internal climate in the team. Particular attention is justified regarding the role of the concept of human development, which involves focusing on the maximum possible disclosure of the potential of each participant in the organization. Thus, it is established that it is a leader who possesses the above qualities who is able not only to increase the overall level of effectiveness of management decisions made, but also to form a favorable environment for the implementation of innovations, modernization of programs and increasing the competitiveness of the organization. The article also characterizes four features of the system of organizational management: decentralization and delegation of authority, transparency of communication, flexible organizational structure and orientation on quality and efficiency. It is shown that these components contribute to a greater openness of the team to changes, increased adaptability and ensure effective allocation of resources. In addition, three key qualities of a modern leader are highlighted: strategic thinking, sociability and ability to interact, as well as ethics and responsibility. It is emphasized that these characteristics help the leader to take into account the social, psychological and professional contexts when implementing relevant management decisions. The results of the study can be useful for managers of any organizations, scientists and everyone who is interested in the development of human potential. The proposed approach to the analysis of leadership allows for a deeper understanding of the relationship between the psychological characteristics of the leader and the effectiveness of the management system. The application of the recommendations disclosed in the publication helps to increase the effectiveness of organizations and strengthens their ability to implement the principles of the concept of human development.
