Time management as a tool for improving working time organization in the personnel management system

Abstract

The article analyzes time management as an effective tool for improving the organization of working time in the personnel management system. The importance of time resources is revealed as one of the most important factors in the effective functioning of an enterprise that seeks to adhere to safe development and maintain stability in a dynamic market. It is substantiated that the correct application of time management contributes not only to the effective distribution of working time, but also to the formation of a corporate culture of responsibility and productive interaction of personnel. Four features of the working time organization system are highlighted, including task prioritization, realistic setting of deadlines, flexible load distribution and constant monitoring with adjustment. Attention is drawn to four key principles of the essence of time management in the enterprise - planning and orderliness, responsibility and self-organization, motivation and involvement, flexibility and readiness for change. The paper also formulates four strategic and four tactical effects of implementing time management, including: increasing competitiveness, growing reputation, optimizing business processes, reducing overtime hours, and improving communication between departments. Separately, four key advantages of time management as a tool for increasing efficiency are identified, including optimizing operational processes, increasing motivation, transparency and control, as well as sustainable development and adaptability. The overall results confirm that time management is an important component of the personnel management system, which allows making informed management decisions and maintaining high productivity in difficult economic conditions. The materials of the article can become the basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of time use, improving the structure of interaction between departments, and ensuring security in the context of the dynamic development of the enterprise.
