Abstract

The article explores innovative distribution logistics technologies and key aspects of their implementation in enterprise operations. Purpose. The main objective of the study is to review modern innovative distribution logistics technologies, analyze their impact on logistics process efficiency, and develop practical recommendations for their implementation in enterprises. Methods. The research employs such methods as the analysis of scientific publications, systematization and generalization, system analysis, comparative research, logistics process modeling, as well as the methods for forecasting the technology development and evaluating their effectiveness in the field of distribution logistics. Results. As a result of the study, key innovative technologies transforming distribution logistics have been identified, including the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, warehouse automation, big data analytics (Big Data), artificial intelligence (AI), green logistics, 3D printing, digital twins, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and others. Their impact on logistics efficiency has been determined, particularly in the order processing speed, order fulfilment accuracy, delivery route optimization, inventory management, and cost reduction. Practical recommendations for implementing innovations have been developed, including efficiency evaluation, risk management (technological, operational, financial), and strategic planning for the digital transformation process. Conclusions. Digital transformation and the implementation of innovative technological solutions are key factors in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in distribution logistics. These innovations not only optimize existing processes but also create new opportunities to enhance logistics service efficiency and quality. Enterprises should focus on strategic planning for digital transformation, conducting a detailed technological audit, selecting scalable and compatible technological solutions, and developing an effective system for performance evaluation. The study outlines promising directions for further research, including the improvement of existing technological solutions, optimization of integration processes, and the development of digital analytics systems, artificial intelligence technologies, autonomous transport systems, and fully automated warehouse complexes.
