Abstract

The  purpose  of  the  article  is  to use of HR profiling technologies as an innovative approach to prevent conflicts and improve the organizational culture of employees is discussed in the article. It is proved that modern enterprises are increasingly facing an increase in internal organizational conflicts and disruptions in organizational culture. The main reasons for this are the increased level of professional stress among employees, uncertainty of the future due to martial law in the country, instability and large-scale changes in organizational structures, in particular, staff turnover. The main causes, consequences, and possible negative and positive aspects of existing organizational conflicts, as well as reveals the benefits of HR profiling, its methods and impact on the management processes of the enterprise are identified in the research. It is substantiated that HR profiling as a strategic resource contributes to effective personnel management, the formation of cohesive team and the increase in the overall productivity of the company. The relationship between the levels of management (personnel, organizational culture, teams, and personality) and HR profiling technologies is established. It is noted that its application is relevant in such processes as: selection and recruitment of personnel, monitoring of emotional state and stress resistance, prevention of interpersonal, leadership and status conflicts, crisis management of conflicts, compliance with organizational culture requirements. The results of using HR profiling technologies at enterprises show not only that they effectively prevent organizational conflicts based on the analysis of employees’ psychological compatibility, communication styles and roles in the group, but also that they increase team efficiency, improve communication and create a harmonious creative work environment. The proposed recommendations for the application of HR profiling technologies indicate the benefits - minimizing the negative consequences of conflicts, developing an organizational culture based on the principles of trust, loyalty, and reliability, as well as increasing the economic stability of the enterprise in conditions of instability.
