Abstract

In today's dynamic market environment, marketing strategies for innovations in the wholesale and retail trade sectors play a crucial role in shaping sustainable competitive advantages enterprises and adapting to changing consumer demands. The purpose of this study is to examine modern marketing strategies of enterprises in the context of digital transformation, analyze their impact on competitiveness, and identify key factors that contribute to the successful adaptation of companies to changing market conditions. Special attention is given to the personalization of marketing communications, online reputation management, and the use of digital technologies in building long-term relationships with consumers. The research covers both general trends and specific challenges faced by companies across different industries during the digitalization of marketing activities. Methods.The research methodology includes a systematic review of scientific literature, comparative analysis methods to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and an empirical approach based on case studies of digital technology implementation in marketing. A structural-functional approach is used to identify the interconnections between marketing tools and consumer loyalty levels. Additionally, an analysis of consumer behavior in the digital environment is conducted, considering factors such as trust, engagement, and personalized experiences. The results of the study indicate the growing importance of personalized marketing strategies and the active use of content marketing to attract audiences. The analysis proves that companies implementing adaptive digital marketing approaches demonstrate higher efficiency in fostering long-term customer loyalty. The research confirms that personalization, marketing process automation, and strategic content utilization contribute to enhancing a company's competitiveness in the modern market. Moreover, it is revealed that the use of big data and artificial intelligence enables businesses to better predict consumer needs and adjust strategies in real-time. Conclusions. The implementation of digital marketing strategies is a crucial factor in improving a company’s competitiveness. The use of innovative marketing approaches allows businesses not only to adapt to changes in consumer behavior but also to create new market opportunities. The study highlights the necessity of developing a comprehensive approach to digital marketing, which includes multichannel communication, artificial intelligence integration, and behavioral analytics. Future research could focus on assessing the long-term effects of digital marketing strategies and their impact on brand stability in a competitive environment.
