This requires the efforts of specialists to make optimal decisions regarding the management of the business entity, which is helped by strategic enterprise management maps.
The purpose of this study is to theoretically substantiate the feasibility and provide practical recommendations for developing a technology for building a strategic agricultural enterprise management map. Each agricultural enterprise in its activities faces a number of problems that sometimes need to be solved simultaneously. The research methodology consists in determining the approach to building and evaluating a strategic map of agricultural enterprise management. The study uses general scientific (observation, analysis and synthesis methods, comparison, measurement, modeling, convergence from abstract to concrete, idealization, formalization, axiomatic method) and special methods of scientific knowledge (grouping and graphical method). The results of the study show that the development of a strategic map of an agricultural enterprise contributes to the implementation of a long-term development strategy by determining priority goals and coordinating them with each other, which ensures the systematization of management processes and allows for a quantitative assessment of the achievement of goals. The mathematical model of constructing a strategic map allows for a quantitative assessment of the level of achievement of the enterprise's strategic goals. Conclusions. In the process of research, it was determined that the strategic management map of an agricultural enterprise is a powerful tool for implementing a strategy that ensures synergy between goals at different levels and increases the competitiveness of the enterprise. The application of the proposed mathematical model allows us to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of achieving strategic goals and timely identify the need to adjust management decisions.
Prospects for further research are outlined, which consist in studying the possibilities of a strategic map for forming a comprehensive marketing strategy that contributes to the achievement of financial indicators and ensures the long-term development of the enterprise through increased customer satisfaction, improvement of business processes, and personnel development.
