Evaluating the adaptation system as a subsystem of the personnel management system of an agricultural enterprise

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to publish the results of an empirical study on the approaches of agricultural enterprises to evaluating and improving the personnel adaptation system, and to develop a methodological approach for evaluating and improving the personnel adaptation system as a subsystem of the personnel management system.

The article investigates and substantiates the significance of effective adaptation (onboarding) of newcomers for ensuring stable operational activities, increasing labour productivity, and creating prerequisites for the development of modern agricultural enterprises. It identifies, systematizes, and analyses the practices for evaluating the personnel adaptation system in agricultural enterprises and improving its functioning as a subsystem of personnel management system under current conditions. Based on the results of the empirical research conducted, the author's methodological approach for evaluating the personnel adaptation system. Furthermore, the author's model for evaluating the personnel adaptation system as a subsystem of personnel management system is developed and presented. Its importance is demonstrated, highlighting its role in ensuring the integrity and systematic nature of the analysis by considering organizational-informational and methodological support for the evaluation process, managing the new employee experience, and improving the system from a neuromanagement perspective.

The research materials can be used to enhance existing approaches to organizing and improving the personnel adaptation system in agricultural enterprises under current business operating conditions.
