Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the effectiveness of strategic marketing and security marketing planning as the basis for long-term development and strengthening the security potential of a business. The object is the process of developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics in a dynamic environment; the tasks are the analysis of theoretical approaches, systematization of strategic and tactical principles, description of planning stages and formulation of recommendations for their synergy. The article defines the role of strategic marketing as a framework for long-term development and proves that security marketing planning increases resistance to external shocks, strengthening the security potential of a business. Four principles of the strategic dimension are substantiated - focus on values, integrated analysis, differentiation through innovation and systemic brand management, which form a platform for sustainable positioning. It is established that the tactical level, represented by flexible budgeting, omnichannel, testing and partner promotional campaigns, transforms the strategy into specific actions and ensures operational adaptation. Five stages of marketing security planning are described: audit, goal setting, strategy selection, budgeting, and monitoring, each of which minimizes risks and optimizes resource allocation. The proposed conceptual model demonstrates how strategic and tactical principles are integrated into the cyclical planning process, creating synergy between foresight and efficiency. The practical value of the results lies in the ability to apply them to design marketing programs in various industries, enhancing competitiveness and anticipating crises. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of approaches that combine strategic vision with security planning mechanisms, as well as in the introduction of the concept of business security potential as an integral characteristic of stability.
