The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical and practical justification of the impact of artificial intelligence on the security development of marketing tools for service enterprises. The object is the process of forming and implementing intelligent marketing solutions. The article defines the conceptual principles of the impact of artificial intelligence on the security development of marketing tools for service enterprises. It is proven that hyperpersonalization, predictive analytics, and generative methods of content creation form a new level of customer experience, while simultaneously reducing operating costs. The critical role of dynamic risk control is substantiated, where machine learning models detect anomalies and block fraudulent actions at the early stages. It is established that contextual natural language processing increases consumer satisfaction due to emotionally relevant responses. Four key technologies are characterized: anomaly detection, deep speech processing, computer vision, and generative models with reverse protection against toxic content. Each of them contributes to ethics, transparency and sustainability, strengthening security development. The essential and sub-key principles of the concept of artificial intelligence are revealed: autonomy, data-driven analytics, collaborative integrativity, ethical transparency, contextual personalization, predictive verification, semantic interpretability and risk tolerance. A structural model of human-algorithm interaction is proposed, which guarantees a balance between automation and creativity. The structured tasks of the study are focused on formulating recommendations for the implementation of intelligent systems in the marketing of service enterprises, taking into account legal norms and strategic goals. The results are of theoretical and practical value for scientists and practitioners, as they outline areas for further research and provide an example of the integration of technologies with a focus on security development.
