Control of Current Assets in IT Companies under War Conditions

Abstract

The article deals with theoretical, methodological, organizational and practical issues of current assets control in the context of Russian aggression in Ukraine. Insufficient attention has been paid to the issues of controlling the current assets of companies in the context of the war in Ukraine, in particular, to the peculiarities of functioning of various types of control using IT technologies.  The main types of control and their classification on the example of current assets of the company are investigated and the main tasks of current assets control on the example of ALLIANCE MARKET LLC are determined. For the first time, the author identifies such a type of control in the Ukrainian control system as international control, which is particularly relevant in the context of Russian aggression, primarily to determine whether companies fulfill their financial and structural obligations and whether their partners belong to companies on the sanctions lists in connection with supporting Russian aggression. The methodological and organizational issues of controlling the current assets of ALLIANCE MARKET LLC in wartime are revealed. The role of Diia City in organizing control in the conditions of military aggression is noted. The author shows the active participation of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine in detecting and investigating corruption with the use of cryptocurrency assets. The importance of applying the digitalization process in the internal control of companies is determined, in particular, using the experience of leading companies such as NIBULON, which is one of the largest grain exporters and owns many grain storage facilities in Ukraine. The participation of IT companies in the information support of current assets control is determined. The results of the independent control of the company are analyzed based on the materials of ALLIANCE MARKET LLC. For the first time, attention is focused on the international control of companies' activities using IT technologies. The State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine actively participate in the international control of the list of Russian crypto-exchanges to identify them and to block their hosting completely. and the mechanism of automatic blocking of their crypto-wallets was launched.
