Abstract

This research is dedicated to the study of the synergistic influence of art on the development of creative leadership in the context of the growing need for innovative approaches to management and the solution of complex organizational problems. The authors propose a new perspective on the formation of key qualities of a creative leader (hard & soft skills), in particular: creative, visionary and strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and others. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the validation of the hypothesis that the development of creative leadership can be based on the active interaction of individuals with various types of art. The authors propose a holistic approach that integrates knowledge from management, cognitive and emotional psychology, neuroscience (research on brain activity related to creativity and emotions), and art history. The research aims to reveal the deep mechanisms of the influence of various forms of art (visual, musical, theatrical, literary, etc.) on key cognitive functions of leaders, such as abstract thinking, imagination, associativity, the ability to make decisions and generate new ideas, and non-standard problem-solving. The work also explores the positive impact of art on the emotional intelligence of leaders, including the development of empathy, self-awareness, and emotion management, which is critical for effective communication and building trusting relationships within a team. Particular attention is paid to the study of artistic events that contribute to uniting the team into a single organism with an ecological environment of like-minded people, where each participant experiences maximum psychological comfort, support, and has optimal conditions for realizing their potential and effective work. The research emphasizes that active interaction with art is not passive contemplation, but involves deep engagement through visits to museums, exhibitions and galleries, active listening to music of various genres, participation in theatrical performances, reading and analysis of literary and visual works. This comprehensive approach has the potential for a profound transformation of the cognitive, emotional, and social abilities of leaders, which, in turn, is the foundation for the formation of an ecologically favorable and highly effective working environment in the organization.
