Armed aggression against Ukraine led to significant destruction of infrastructure, losses in industry, the agricultural sector, the financial system and the social sphere. In this regard, an objective need arose to create effective mechanisms for post-war economic recovery, which would combine both short-term and long-term development strategies. The purpose of the study is to integrate process and project approaches to business management in the conditions of a recovery economy. The authors propose, using approaches such as convergence and divergence, to integrate process and project management into a single approach that will help increase the efficiency of business management. Based on the conceptual scheme of business management, the types of projects that can be implemented in business activities were identified, and the business processes necessary for their implementation were also determined. This approach allows you to quickly assess the feasibility of projects at the planning stage. The need for integration of process and project approaches is substantiated, which increases the flexibility and adaptability of management decisions in accordance with the strategic priorities of the business. Business processes ensure the gradual achievement of strategic goals, while projects implement specific tasks within these processes. An integrated approach to management is modeled, resulting in the development of a conceptual model of business management in a renewable economy. This model provides an optimal balance between operational efficiency and strategic flexibility. Its key elements include strategic management, process and project management, KPI monitoring, and an integration management center. Strategic management is responsible for the formation of long-term goals, and KPIs serve as a tool for assessing performance. Process management is focused on the efficiency of daily operations, while project management is focused on the implementation of changes and innovations. The integration center coordinates the interaction of all components, ensuring their consistency and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
